Delivery Costs & Timeframes
Deliveries usually arrive next working day from dispatch to Mainland UK when ordered by 2pm. UK Highlands and Islands can sometimes take 2 days.
Most of our parcels are sent via DPD. For some islands and highlands, Royal Mail Tracked 24 will be used. If your order is over 30Kg (Filled punchbags etc.) these will be sent via DX Freight.
Are Deliveries Trackable?
Yes, all of our deliveries are sent via Tracked services. Either via Royal Mail or DPD. Depending on which courier is used to send your parcel, your dispatch confirmation will contain a direct link to track your order on the correct couriers website, along with your Tracking Number.

How do I make a return?
Contact us here or via our Live Chat facility. We offer 1x Free Return and exchange Free of Charge for each order you make with us. When authorised, we'll send you a link where you can print off your free Tracked returns label, and even arrange free collection or drop off! Simply repackage the item up and send it back to us within 60 days of receiving the item. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your order number so that we know where it's come from!
If you are after an exchange, please be sure to let us know what you're after with a note in the return. We'll send out any exchange items within 24 hours (providing they are in stock). If items are unavailable, or there is a price variance we will get in touch with you on the day.
Remember - With our 60 Day Free returns & Exchanges policy, your first Return on each order is Free, as well as the postage for any exchange item back out to you!
Important Note: Unless faulty, Returns must be in 'As New' condition. They should be unused and with their original packaging.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong we will cover the cost of return postage for you. Please contact us via the contact form and we will send a tracked prepaid returns label to you. You can expect to hear back from us within 2 working hours (Mon-Fri 10am-4:00pm).

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
How Long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive the return, provided that the item(s) arrive with us undamaged and in a resalable condition we will process a refund on the day, directly to your original payment method. The amount of time that it takes to credit back to your account depends on the payment method, PayPal is instant, whereas a Credit/Debit card refund may take up to 3 working days to show.
What if my item doesn't arrive?
For 'non receipt' claims - we must be notified within 14 days of your order dispatching. You will be notified via email, and also see within your 'my account' area on our website when your order is shipped. This is usually within 24 business hours of your order being placed, but no longer than 5-7 days after ordering. Claims after this timeframe has elapsed may not be accepted by the courier.
